The concept
“Alexandru Borza” website is one of my recent projects. It was made using WordPress and the Divi Supreme plugin for customization. The initial prototype existed but need to be improved so I discussed with the school’s director and we decided together the structure of the website and what kind of information were needed.
The functionalities
The main functionalities of the website are:
- School Overview: Information about the school’s mission, vision, history, and values.
- Contact Information: Easy access to contact details including phone numbers, email addresses, and physical location with maps.
- School Hours and Calendar: Details about school hours, holidays, and important events on the academic calendar.
- News and Announcements: Updates on school activities, achievements, and important notifications.
- Admission Information: Guidelines, requirements, and processes for enrolling new students, including forms and deadlines.
- Exams information: Calendar, deadlines and general announces regarding different exams type: Baccalaureate, Certification, etc.
- Administrative documents: organigrams, reports, internal regulations, etc.
- Projects and activities: detailed post about each activity, image gallery, awards, collaborations.
